Replacing the roof: the existing roof is removed and a new roof is fitted, subject to a survey confirming that the conservatory structure is suitable. The roof finish, ceiling and any roof windows should be agreed in your quote.
Insulating the ceiling: the existing external roof stays in place. This is a different service from a full roof replacement and needs a roof that is sound and does not leak.
